NOTE: A discussion list is intended
for the members of the list to discuss issues back and forth with
each other, and anyone on the list can post messages. An announcement
list can only be posted to by the administrators, and
is for major announcements about things related to the list theme.
Announcement lists typically have much less traffic (messages
per day or week) than discussion lists.
